Linda Blackburn is a retired Social Worker and is passionate about helping others. She believes that every person has the potential to lead a healthy and fulfilling life.
Linda graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Her 27-year career was spent delivering services to youth and their families through the Department of Community Based Services (DCBS), the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ), and the Madison County School System. Her areas of expertise include trauma, substance use disorders, and mental health.
